Mr. Atherton, formerly a resident of Paradise from 1989 to 2018, has maintained a law office focusing on all aspects of Estate Planning and Trust Administration and Probate for 27 years providing members of our community exceptional legal services. His expertise is focused in the areas of establishing estate plans using Wills and Trusts as well assisting families with the administration of estates after the loss of a loved one. He is here to help you with his knowledge of the law and compassion for your needs.
Lifelong Paradise and Magalia resident, Ms. Michael, is a 2022 graduate of Cal Northern School of Law and is currently California State Bar Candidate to become an attorney. With over six years of Estate Planning and Estate Administration experience, her expertise allows her to assist both families when planning for future changes and following the death of a loved one.
